Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping across the continental United States—no minimum required.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same or next business day.

Delivery Method
Most orders are delivered via third-party freight carriers. Large or heavy items will arrive on an 18-wheeler truck with curbside delivery. If your order qualifies for freight shipping, we’ll reach out to schedule a delivery time with you. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number at checkout to avoid delays.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send another email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its status.
Need to Change Your Shipping Address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? Orders can be canceled any time before shipment for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, let us know right away. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund—and cover the return shipping.
