Refunds & Returns Policy

We want every purchase with Outshore Lane to be worry-free. Here’s a straightforward guide to how our return and refund process works:

1. Return Window
   You can return most items within 30 days of your purchase. Returns requested after 30 days won’t be accepted.

2. Shipping Costs for Returns
   If your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on a change of mind, the shipping expense to send the item back will be your responsibility.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
   If your purchase is faulty or broken, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through returning it at no cost to you. Once we receive and confirm the issue, you’ll receive a replacement or a full refund—including your original shipping fees.

4. Returns for Change of Mind
   Decided it’s not right for you? Return the product within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll cover the return shipping, and once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll refund your purchase price minus the shipping fees.

5. Refund Process
   After we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll get an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note, banks or payment processors might take additional time to post the refund to your account. If you don’t see the refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@outshorelane.com.

Restocking Fees
