What if something arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing and shipping, but in the rare case of damage during transit, we’ve got you covered. When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage—even to the outer box—note it upon delivery. If you’re unable to check the contents at the time, we recommend writing “possible damage” on the delivery receipt.
Should your item arrive damaged, simply email photos to support@outshorelane.com and our team will arrange a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
